Prositions Announces New Worldwide Distribution Agreement
Des Moines, IA (PRWEB) August 19, 2015 -- Prositions, Inc., announced today it has signed a multi-year agreement for the worldwide distribution rights of Media Learning International’s entire content library. Founded in 2010 by Art Bauer and Dr. Paul C. Green, Media Learning International (MLI) has an extensive library of video and digital content, including the highly successful behavioral interviewing video More Than a Gut Feeling and the revolutionary supervisory performance support series The Management Coach.

The worldwide distribution agreement includes a catalog of 59 training videos in multiple languages that cover topics such as: management and supervisory skills, performance coaching, behavior-based interviewing, communication strategies, harassment/respect, discrimination and legal issues, conflict management, sales, discipline, and performance appraisal training. In addition, the library includes 34 short videos, with support materials, that address the most challenging coaching issues supervisors and managers encounter in their daily business lives.
