Prositions Will Double in the Next 12 Months

It is moving to larger Headquarters facilities and will double its office space to accommodate for the expanded growth. It is expected to double the number of full-time people it has on staff over the next 12 months.
“We are excited to be expanding again here in Urbandale,” said Robin Salsberry President of Prositions. “We are releasing the latest version of our groundbreaking software, MentorString and need the additional space to add support personnel,” she added.
MentorString is a new virtual mentoring and social collaboration platform revolutionizing the way organizations manage and develop talent. It comes with a robust set of tools allowing users to collaborate, share ideas, information and data. “The expansion will include sales positions, technical engineers, implementation specialists, customer support representatives and general office administration personnel,” said Corey Paul, Director of Operations. “We’ve secured expanded office space in our HQ facility and plan to have an open house once the build out is complete," he added.
Prositions is also expanding its team of international coaching professionals. “We're adding a number of new talent coaches to our professional services staff,” said Jill Dillenburg, Director of Sales. “We have some exciting new global opportunities that require us to have leadership and performance coaches in a number of international locations," she continued. “Our new MentorString platform is the perfect tool that will allow our coaching team to reach out to assist our clients with their needs around the world.”
