Protection 1 Expands National Reach with Acquisition of Hawaiian-based Pacific Security Integrations, Inc.

(PSI). Serving the Hawaiian Islands for more than 30 years, PSI has developed into a premier integrator for Hawaii, expanding into the banking and retail sectors. PSI marks the first acquisition for Protection 1 in 2014.
PSI is led by Richard Osborne Jr., born and raised in Hawaii, a 25 year industry veteran who has worked to develop both the residential and commercial channels, in addition to the integration offerings. Osborne, along with his employees, will be joining the Protection 1 team.
