Protection Against Damage from Water Heater Leaks Invented by InventHelp® Client (CBA-1993)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) July 22, 2014 -- For those that have ever returned home from a vacation trip and found their home flooded by a damaged water heater has experienced a nightmare. Fortunately, an inventor from Pineville, S.C., has found a way to prevent this from happening.
She developed Water Heater Rescue to reduce damage to water heaters thus delaying the need for costly water heater replacement. Furthermore, it provides better protection against home damage caused by water heater leakage because of a better drainage system than conventional units. It also provides easy access to water heater drain valves and is suitable for use with most electric water heaters. What's more, it is economical and durable for long-time, maintenance-free use. In addition, it provides peace of mind for travelers who leave their home unattended and reduces their chances of having to live without hot water unexpectedly.
The idea for this invention came from the inventor's work experience. "After years of seeing the damage caused to homes by leakage from water heaters," she said, "I wanted to provide homeowners with better protection against that type of loss."
