Protective Enclosure for Motorcycles, Bicycles and Motor Scooters Invented by InventHelp® Client (BRK-2143)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) September 29, 2016 -- On rainy days, there are not nearly as many motorcycles on the road as on sunny days. However, an inventor from Birmingham, Ala., has come up with an idea that would allow not only motorcyclists but owners of motor scooters, mopeds and bicycles to take to the road regardless of the weather.
He developed a prototype for Weathershield to provide riders of motorcycles, bicycles and motor scooters with protection from the elements. It also eliminates exposure to insects or stones hitting against the face while riding. At the same time, it affords 360-degree visibility for the rider. Another advantage is that it extends the riding season. Furthermore, it increases the comfort, safety and visibility of riders. What’s more, it has no negative effect on the turning radius of the vehicle. It is also lightweight and easy to assemble and use. In addition, it is convenient, effective and affordably priced. Finally, it is collapsible for easy storage when not in use.
The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “When my only means of transportation to and from work was a motor scooter, I got tired of being at the mercy of the weather and whatever insects happened to be flying past me,” he said. “I wanted to find a way to protect myself against these unpleasant experiences.”
The original design was submitted to the Birmingham office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
