Protective Tool for Moving Heavy Objects Invented by InventHelp Client (TOR-9677)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) April 14, 2017 -- While moving blankets have long served a useful purpose in transporting heavy furniture or other items, an inventor from Thornhill, Ontario, thought of an even more effective way to get the job done. With his idea, heavy items can be moved more easily and safely than ever.
He developed the patent-pending MOVER MITT, first of all, to protect the user’s fingers and hands against injuries while moving heavy items. Similarly, it prevents scrapes and other damage to floors and other surfaces during the move by serving as a cushion between the object and the floor. As such, it eliminates the need to use moving blankets. Other appealing features are its durability, comfort and safety. At the same time, it is lightweight, compact and user friendly. Since it’s so easy to use, it requires no training. In addition, it is convenient, effective and affordably priced.
The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “When I moved furniture or other heavy objects, I often hurt my fingers and scraped the floors or the object itself,” he said. “Therefore, I came up with this idea specifically to prevent personal injury and property damage while moving heavy items.”
