ProVest Insurance Group Inaugurates New Charity Campaign to Raise Funds for The Clubhouse for Special Needs
Bedford, TX (PRWEB) April 18, 2017 -- ProVest Insurance Group celebrates the beginning of the latest charity campaign in their ongoing community involvement program serving the families and businesses of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. New partner The Clubhouse for Special Needs is a nonprofit recreation center which bridges the gap by providing programs for young adults with disabilities. Donations to this valuable community resource are being accepted at https://www.crowdrise.com/helping-bridge-the-gap-for-teens-with-disabilities.
The Clubhouse for Special Needs serves those with disabilities in the ‘forgotten age group’ of 13-22 years. Within the three school districts served, there are over 3,000 junior high and high schoolers with intellectual challenges alone. Providing a crucial after-school program for young adults with mild to moderate intellectual and/or physical challenges, The Clubhouse promotes education, socialization and independence in an atmosphere that is safe, fun and supervised. On April 8th, The Clubhouse hosted ‘A Musical Stroll Down Memory Lane’, an outstanding dinner and silent auction to raise funds allowing them to expand and offer additional programs for young people.
“We’re so excited to be supporting The Clubhouse for Special Needs,” said Jay Adkins, owner of ProVest Insurance Group. “Before The Clubhouse, there was no place these young adults could go after school for fun and recreation. Now, they’re having the time of their lives! We hope to see an outpouring of support for this great campaign.”
Pitching in to support this worthy cause has never been easier. The agency itself has pledged to donate $10 to The Clubhouse for Special Needs for each and every referral they receive for an insurance quote, with no purchase necessary, making it so simple for everyone to contribute. Readers who wish to recommend friends and family for a no-obligation quote may do so at http://provestinsurance.com/causes/helping-bridge-gap-teens-disabilities/.
Meanwhile, the caring team at ProVest Insurance is hard at work mobilizing support for young adults with disabilities among their network of professional and personal contacts, inviting them to actively participate not only contributing financially but also by helping spread the word to others in their own circles of influence. Additionally, the initiative is featured in the agency’s monthly community magazine, which is delivered to thousands of households in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area. The electronic version of the current issue of Our Hometown magazine, as well as its archives, may be viewed at http://provestinsurance.com/magazines/.
Concerned community members are invited to submit ideas for future campaigns at http://provestinsurance.com/submit-causes/. To keep tabs on past and future campaigns, readers are encouraged to bookmark http://provestinsurance.com/community/.
