Provident Bank Reveals New Logo to Commemorate 175th Anniversary
Iselin, NJ (PRWEB) January 21, 2014 -- To celebrate its 175th anniversary and herald in a new era, Provident Bank, http://www.providentnj.com, the oldest community bank operating exclusively in New Jersey, has introduced a fresh logo.
“This is an exciting year for Provident Bank, as we celebrate 175 years of commitment to the people and businesses of New Jersey,” said Chris Martin, President and CEO of Provident Bank. “Throughout our history, Provident has adapted to meet changing marketplace needs, while retaining our focus on customer commitment. Because of our loyal customers, we have been able to prosper and attain this special milestone. The modern interpretation of the beehive logo represents Provident today and into the future, while still embracing our heritage.”
The decision to refresh Provident Bank’s logo was made after conducting extensive research with customers, employees and the marketplace. The new logo retains the beehive theme, which represents Provident Bank’s commitment to strength and partnership, while updating the color, shape and text font to reflect a modern look more representative of the 21st Century. The bank created a short video that provides more details about the logo refresh, which can be found here: http://ProvidentNJ.com/Logo.
Customers will see the new logo throughout Provident Bank this year – in branches, signage, advertising, communications and on its website, beginning in February.
