Public Approval: Axios Systems selected as G Cloud 5 supplier

Fife Council reduced their service desk calls by 61% in less than 6 months by the adoption of online customer self-service, resulting in cost savings of £1.2 million. Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council significantly increased their Service Desk opening hours despite having fewer members of staff through the implementation of assyst, and the Scottish Government has created similar efficiencies through improved management of their IT assets and increased automation.
