PurseKeyper: Introducing a Must-have Accessory for Women of All Ages
Somerset, KY (PRWEB) August 19, 2015 -- Sally Robinson went shopping one rainy day and came home with an idea. Now she's hoping that idea will appeal to women throughout the country.
“You know how the shopping carts get wet?” she asked. “I had no place to put my purse. It was then that I went home and invented the PurseKeyper.”
So Sally went to work and created one of those “Why didn’t I think of that?” inventions with scraps and other items she found in her basement. PurseKeyper is a simple design: a key fob, wristlet and purse holder in one. It solves the universal problem of women, including moms, never having enough hands.
Sally and her business partner, daughter Dana Robinson of Louisville, launched the product for women of all ages in their in their home state of Kentucky. After gain some traction and building momentum, they are introducing PurseKeyper to the rest of the country.
PurseKeyper is a wristlet that allows women to carry keys and have two free hands. It helps women keep their purse safe, secure and sanitary. Small and multi-functional, PurseKeyper provides hands-free and worry-free shopping. A companion piece, the PhoneKeyper, attaches to the PurseKeyper and holds most cell phones, glasses, money, IDs, coupons and more. The two together solve problems all women relate to: keeping up with their keys, phone and purse.
Here are some other ideas for usage of the PurseKeyper and PhoneKeyper:
*Moms with children at home: PurseKeyper can secure a purse to a stroller or shopping cart; at ball games, can attach to a fence or pole; and be secured to an arm so Moms can carry a tired child or baby.
*Women/girls/moms on the go: PurseKeyper can help women keep a purse safe and off the floor at concerts/events/movies; can be attached to a golf bag or tennis court bench or fence; can hang on equipment at the gym/fitness center; and can be connected to luggage at the airport. It can also attach to bike handle-bars and is handy for college or school.
*Elderly, ill or handicapped: PurseKeyper can attach to walkers, wheelchairs to keep the hands free and the purse/keys/phone accessible. If living at an assisted living facility, it can keep the purse off the table or floor at meals or social gatherings. It is helpful for those who have trouble carrying the full weight of a purse.
The PhoneKeyper, which helps provide convenience for moms and the many multi-tasking women in today’s society, is available in three sizes for all of the various phone sizes.
PurseKeyper products can be ordered directly off the website – http://www.PurseKeyper.com. PurseKeyper has a variety of fashionable colors. This also is a solution for all of the new purse size restrictions for athletic and sporting events.
Things have been going so well that PurseKeyper has helped create four full-time jobs and three part-time jobs to meet production demands at a Somerset, KY sewing factory. For Sally and Dana Robinson, the business has been a labor of love.
“We work very well together and we are entrepreneurs,” Sally said. “We are now in over 40 Krogers in Kentucky and are looking to garner online orders from around the country. We’re just scratching the surface. We hope more women across the US can discover the PurseKeyper collection, since it really is a unique product combination that women need.”
There is currently a design patent #D666833, two trademarks issued and two copyrights issued for PurseKeyper.
