FLS will take place at the Westin Chicago River North on April 27-29, 2015 in Chicago, Illinois. The event is focused on the consumer-led changes facing the food and beverage industry, innovation and product development, and the opportunities and challenges of Big Data in food production, marketing and supply chain.
