Q4 Web Systems Welcomes Roland Beaulieu as a New Board Member
Toronto, ON (PRWEB) March 03, 2015 -- Q4 Web Systems (Q4), the leading provider of SaaS-based investor relations solutions for public companies, announced that Roland Beaulieu, former COO of Corporate Communications Broadcast Network (CCBN) has officially joined Q4’s Board of Directors.
During his time at CCBN, Roland was Head of its Institutional Management Group that created StreetEvents, the standard corporate reporting tool of Wall Street Institutions. CCBN was sold to Thomson Reuters in 2004. Before his tenure at CCBN, Roland spent 13 years in a variety of positions at Thomson Financial. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Trading Service Division, and played a key role as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in building the technology behind Thomson's First Call services. He also had roles at Lotus/ISYS, NewRiver Inc., Data Resources/McGraw-Hill, and several roles as Entrepreneur-in-residence at several Boston based Venture Capital firms.
