QHR and TORCH Enter into Agreement
Brentwood, Tenn. (TMSI) on December 1, 2013. TMSI is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Texas Organization of Rural and Community Hospitals (TORCH), an organization whose members include rural and community hospitals, corporations and individuals working to address issues of rural and community hospitals.

The agreement highlights the QHR resources available to TORCH's approximately 150 member hospitals. TORCH member hospitals can now access QHR's consulting solutions focused on margin management, process improvement, clinical transformation, physician practice excellence, regulatory readiness, facility planning and development, strategy, and rapid and sustainable performance excellence. In addition, TORCH member hospitals can access QHR's multi-year services including administrative advisory services.
