Qmatic Corporation Deploys Advanced Customer Service System for City of Phoenix
Duluth, GA (PRWEB) May 22, 2014 -- Qmatic Corporation, the world leader in queuing and Customer Flow Management (CFM) solutions, has integrated a modernized customer service system for the Planning and Development office in Phoenix. The implementation of Orchestra, Qmatic’s Enterprise Solution, along with customized voice announcements, multiple displays and state-of-the-art printers and components, showcases the Planning and Development’s vision to provide customers with a flexible and innovative, technology-driven system.
The Planning and Development (P&D) office turned to Qmatic in large part due to the company’s advanced products and IT support, and to ensure a successful migration from the P&D department’s outdated CFM system, which was nearing end of life. A robust and intuitive system was especially required as the department offers a multitude of services including inspections, permits, planning, certifications, zoning, rehabilitations, licensing and more.
The City of Phoenix needed a modern CFM solution that could handle the vast array of services we provide as well as help their staff understand, analyze and control the customer flow on a monthly, weekly and daily basis. The Qmatic Enterprise Solution met all of those requirements.
“With Qmatic’s advanced technology and CFM expertise, our solutions give precious time back to government entities and their constituents,” said Thomas Sareyko, CEO of Qmatic’s United States and Canada subsidiaries. “We’re thrilled with the state-of-the-art and streamlined service integration at the City of Phoenix.”
