Qualidigm Announces New Board Members for 2015 to 2017 Term
Wethersfield, Conn (PRWEB) February 04, 2015 -- Qualidigm, the mission-driven national healthcare consulting company based in Wethersfield, Conn., announced today three new members to serve the organization’s Board of Directors, effective immediately:
Angela Mattie is the chair and associate professor of healthcare management and organizational leadership, director of the long-term care certificate program and holds an appointment at the medical school at Quinnipiac University (QU) in Hamden, Conn. She was recently appointed as QU’s School of Business’ program coordinator for the healthcare management concentration offered as part of the Frank Netter, MD School of Medicine curriculum. Mattie serves on several boards including St. Mary’s Hospital, Waterbury, Conn; Yale-New Haven Hospital Community Council; and the Connecticut Department of Public Health, Medical Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment (MOLST) advisory board. She was appointed to the Health Information Technology Exchange of Connecticut advisory committee and to the Regional Advisory Committee of the Connecticut Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Mag Morelli is the president of LeadingAge Connecticut, a position she has held since June 2001. As president, she leads a statewide association representing not-for-profit and mission-driven member organizations from across the continuum of housing and services for older adults. LeadingAge Connecticut members are dedicated to expanding the world of possibilities for aging. Morelli previously held the position of director of government relations at the Connecticut State Medical Society and she has also held positions at The Travelers and the Connecticut Department of Income Maintenance.
Rollin G. Schuster Jr. is the managing principal of Schuster Driscoll, LLC, a financial services firm based in Farmington, Conn., and also the founder and president of the non-profit, The Alliance for Non-Profit Growth and Opportunity, Inc. (TANGO). TANGO provides resources to over 900 non-profits helping them further their mission and create positive change in the sector. Schuster serves on the National Financial Partners Broker Advisory Board and is a member of Connecticut Benefit Brokers and the National Association of Health Underwriters. His non-profit involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors of CW Resources, Inc.; the Strategic Planning Committee of New Seasons, Inc.; corporator and member of the Compensation and Benefits Committee of Renbrook School; and corporator of CCARC, Inc. and Connecticut Community Care, Inc.
