Quantum Financial Holdings Limited acquires The Phantom Card Company

Quantum plans to combine the Phantom Card product with their existing Volopa Multi-Currency prepaid card and foreign exchange businesses, forming a lifestyle division responsible for centralising all lifestyle benefits available to its existing and rapidly growing corporate and private client base.
The management of both companies are committed to combining the restaurant and lifestyle discount offerings available through the Phantom Card Company with the innovative foreign exchange products of the Volopa Prepaid multi-currency card, to create one single multifunctional card available to existing and future clients. This card will provide its users with a range of restaurant and other discounted opportunities as well as dramatic savings, total transparency and flexibility on all foreign exchange requirements through a Mastercard prepaid platform accepted at any Mastercard point of sale worldwide. These services can be accessed securely through a dedicated portal via any internet enabled device at home or whilst on the move.
This comprehensive and innovative new product will be called the “Volopa Lifestyle Card”. As part of this process The Phantom Card Company will change its name to “Volopa Lifestyle Limited” with immediate effect.
The merged companies look forward to launching their combined Volopa Lifestyle card in December 2016.
