QuantumFlo Named 2015 Small Business of the Year
Orlando, Florida (PRWEB) December 08, 2015 -- QuantumFlo, a world leading manufacturer of pre-packaged pump systems for plumbing and industrial applications, has been recognized by the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce as the 2015 Small Business of the Year in the 11-50 employees category. The award was accepted by QuantumFlo’s Founder and CEO, David Carrier, at a luncheon event on November 4, 2015 at The Shores Resort and Spa in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida.
To be selected as a 2015 Small Business of the Year, QuantumFlo demonstrated strong company growth and performance, sound business strategies and practices, effective customer service techniques and dedicated community involvement. After qualifying, an evaluation team comprised of non-Chamber members and staff selected winners for each category.
“QuantumFlo has had a great year and this award acknowledges us as a dynamic and rapidly growing company,” said David Carrier. “We look forward to a successful 2016 in the Daytona area and we will continue to make Volusia County proud.”
This year marked the second annual awards ceremony, which was presented by Florida Hospital. As Volusia County’s largest chamber, Daytona has seen excessive growth in 2015 with membership ranks topping 1,035 businesses and attendance at events steadily increasing.
QuantumFlo joined the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce in 2013 and this is the first year they have been up for this award. As a 2015 Small Business of the Year, QuantumFlo will receive features within Chamber marketing initiatives and business reports, an award plaque and recognition at the Chamber’s 2016 annual dinner meeting.
