QuickMobile Appoints Praveen Gupta as Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer
Vancouver, B.C. He comes to QuickMobile after spending the last 10 years in a similar role with Layer 7 Technologies, a CA Technologies company and a provider of application programming interface (API) management and mobilization tools for the open enterprise. Gupta is an experienced financial and operations advisor who brings to QuickMobile more than 25 years of experience working with technology companies.
While at Layer 7, Gupta had full financial and operations responsibilities, helping secure more than $20 million in venture capital financing and negotiating the sale of the company to CA Technologies. Prior to Layer 7, he worked as a contract CFO and COO for various companies, including Altus Solutions and Exigo Solutions. Gupta also served as CFO for fSONA Communications Corp., Eftia OSS Solutions and Opcom Solutions. He started his professional career with Ginsberg Gluzman Fage and Levitz, Chartered Accountants and worked as an accountant for more than 16 years.
