In addition, as an investment management private equity sponsor, he has financed or directly invested over $800 million of private equity, totaling in excess of $3.5 billion of transaction value, across a diverse spectrum of industry sectors. These sophisticated, complex transactions have covered acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalization and strategic business combinations across wide industry business platforms with revenues ranging from $15 million to $1.2 billion. The business sectors have included specialty finance, manufacturing, industrial, retail, real estate and residential resort communities and alternative investments. Through direct investment or management operations oversight, Clark has been a driving force to deliver measurable results to corporate growth and profitability.
He has also served on various corporate and foundations boards, and is a Past Chairman of both the Rocky Mountain Region for Young Presidents Organization and World President's Organization.
