Rabbi Daniel Channen Leaves Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim and Opens Yeshiva Keter HaTorah
Ramat Bet Shemesh, Israel (PRWEB) August 12, 2014 -- Rabbi Daniel Channen, co-founder of the Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim Shulchan Aruch Learning Project, announced that he has opened a new Yeshiva named Keter HaTorah. The yeshiva's Beis Midrash, located in Beis Tefilah Yona Avraham, Ramat Beit Shemesh, will also serve as the World Headquaters for all its long distant learning projects. The Yeshiva's website is http://www.keterhatorah.com.
Immediately after the Shulchan Aruch Learning Project was founded in 2001, Rav Channen's uniquely developed shiurim received worldwide recognition for enabling men who worked full time to learn Torah in a structured yet individually flexible environment. Since then, thousands of people around the world have received Smicha through the Learning Project. With the launch of his newest program, Rav Channen has taken Torah learning to the next level by offering classes in an active Beis Midrash setting and dynamic, interactive, online learning program with talmidim from all around the world. This unique approach is what sets Yeshiva Keter HaTorah in a league of its own as the premier international Smicha program.
The Smicha program is proudly endorsed by HaRav Yitzchak Berkovits, shlit"a. The Issur V'Heter and Shabbos programs will be headed by Rav Yehonasan Gefen, and the Niddah program will be headed by Rav Aharon Shlomo Jacob. Additional courses to be announced shortly.
Open course enrollment is now taking place for Elul 5775 (September 2014); visit http://www.keterhatorah.com for more details.
