Rader, Fishman & Grauer has been steadily expanding its IP litigation practice with the recent additions of Barbara L. Mandell, Lisa R. Mikalonis, Thomas E. Donahue and Krista A. Hosmer, adding more than 60 years of combined intellectual property litigation experience.
“We are thrilled to have Tom Hallin on board. Tom is a great addition to our current team of seasoned IP litigators,” said Managing Partner Michael Stewart. “As the IP litigation landscape continues to shift as a result of the increasing use of administrative judicial proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board to complement more traditional federal court litigation, by being a specialty firm we are in a great position to meet the changing needs of our clients.”
