Radweb and Niche Communications celebrate launch of cutting-edge ‘Work Management System’ (WMS)

After working with software experts Radweb for the last 18 months, Niche are looking to launch the new system across their network of UK-wide customers next week.
The brand new, from the ground system is unlike anything else on the market - taking complete control of the Niche Communications’ extensive workflow.
For over 20 years Niche Communications has provided a range of marketing services to the property industry. Providing estate agents with detailed floor plans, professional photography, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and property inventories.

Clients requiring any of Niche’s services can log-in and add any of their deliverables to a basket, these include EPCs, inventories, photo packs and floor plans to name a few. The system takes care of all the pricing and billing too, and alerts everyone involved including tenants.
The order then begins working its way through the system by using complex criteria to automatically assign each task to the best staff member for the job. The assignee then schedules the appointment, completes the task and sends it on through the system for processing. The processing team will then produce the final, polished files for the customer. Once completed the customer is automatically emailed to download their deliverables immediately.
More than just an order management and fulfilment system – the back office area of the WMS is huge. Managers can access every single piece of information and data from the company because every single action is logged through the system.
In-depth reports in the form of CSV files give the company crystal clear snapshots of their performance at any time, allowing concise comparisons and key performance indicators.
It’s not an overstatement to say that everything that happens in the business is recorded – managers have the opportunity to produce huge, complex reports about any aspect of the business – while also being able to monitor the little things like seeing exactly when the simplest of tasks have not been carried out in the allotted time frame - including the reason for the delay.
