Raines International Inc. Announces Promotions
New York, NY (PRWEB) October 22, 2013 -- At the start of its 2014 Fiscal Year, Raines International Inc. announced today the promotion of several members of its team.
Alison Hunter has been promoted to Director. In this role, Ms. Hunter will continue to manage and oversee ConsultantTrack.com, the firm's exclusive, content-driven website for current and former management consultants, providing career-focused resources such as compensation information, current opportunities, and interview insights. In addition, Ms. Hunter will continue to serve as executive recruiter on strategy related assignments for post-MBA through Partner-level consulting talent, as well as executives with former consulting experience. Ms. Hunter joined Raines International in 2010 as a Research Associate, and subsequently managed the firm’s Research Department before assuming responsibility of ConsultantTrack.com. Ms. Hunter graduated summa cum laude from Colgate University, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Courtney Ryan has been promoted to Senior Associate, and will support the firm’s Fortune 500, Private Equity, and Startup clients as an executive recruiter on assignments in a variety of functional areas, including finance, marketing, and operations. Ms. Ryan was most recently Manager of the firm’s Research Department. She graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and French.
Dana Epsten has been promoted to Research Manager and has assumed responsibility for all search execution and business development research support, as well as the Research Associate and Intern development programs and training. Ms. Epsten began her career at Raines International as a Research Associate. She graduated cum laude from Colgate University, receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in International Relations.
Kristen Ridgway has been promoted to Communications Manager, a newly created position at Raines International. In this role, she will lead Raines International’s public relations, social media, and online efforts. Ms. Ridgway began her career at Raines International as a Research Associate. She graduated cum laude from Georgetown University, receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History.
