Rainmaker ILM Announces Integration with MRI Software
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) October 16, 2017 -- The Rainmaker Group, a leading provider of revenue management and leasing effectiveness software to the multifamily housing industry, announced today that its Intelligent Lead Management (ILM) solution can now be integrated with MRI Software's suite of multifamily products. The integration agreement gives MRI clients access to a powerful, next-generation lead management system, and the first MRI users will begin using the solution later this month.
ILM, a division of the Rainmaker Group, is the only multifamily solution to record, organize and score every inbound and outbound interaction between a community and a prospective renter. It also delivers near-real-time metrics to provide unparalleled insight into the effectiveness of a community's marketing and advertising sources in attracting qualified prospects.
The solution further optimizes conversion potential through its prioritization of leads. Leasing agents are armed with key analytics and data on the prospects who are most likely to sign a new lease and whose desired floor plans match a community's upcoming exposure. Likewise, ILM reduces the amount of manual work required by leasing associates by automatically filling out guest cards.
"We are extremely excited about the opportunity to provide MRI clients with another great solution to complement their use of the company's property management software and suite of products," said Nikhil Venkatesh, Rainmaker’s senior vice president for leasing performance management. "ILM gives marketing executives the data they need to make informed decisions about their advertising spends. MRI users can now gain a whole new level of visibility into how their onsite teams are interacting with prospects, which leads to better personnel and training decisions that drive conversion. All in all, it adds up to a powerful boost in conversions of the right prospects and in top-line revenue growth."
The integration is a bi-directional partnership allowing ILM to pull data out of MRI's solutions and vice-versa. By doing so, not only do MRI users gain superior functionality and ease of use, the process improves accuracy and data integrity.
"At MRI, we strive to provide our clients with the freedom to choose the right real estate software solutions for their needs," said Ben Berk, Director of Partner Connect at MRI Software. "This partnership with Rainmaker ILM is another example of our commitment to doing just that. Rainmaker has established itself as an industry leader in helping operators maximize the performance of their communities, and we believe the ILM integration will enable our multifamily clients to make data-informed marketing decisions and thrive in any market condition."
Among ILM's notable features is one that allows leasing associates to use the solution to communicate with prospects via text, which is the preferred method of communication for an increasing number of prospects. The solution also advances lead tracking operations through its sister properties interface and robust multiple-phase menu, which allow the exchange of lead data without having to manually re-enter information.
