Rainmaker LRO Delivers New Efficiencies to Revenue and Pricing Managers Through Major Reporting Enhancement
ATLANTA, GA (PRWEB) June 21, 2017 -- The Rainmaker Group, leading provider of revenue management and leasing effectiveness software to the multifamily housing industry, today announced the release of a major enhancement to LRO (Lease Rent Options), its industry-leading revenue management platform. The powerfully enhanced, yet simplified Pricing Call Dashboard aggregates key data elements for pricing decisions across diverse multifamily portfolios, dramatically reducing the amount of time users need to prepare for pricing calls.
The Pricing Call Dashboard now pulls important metrics for all communities and unit types in a portfolio together in a single place, so users have everything they need on one screen to monitor pricing as well as prep for and run pricing calls. The revamped Dashboard allows users to quickly identify properties and unit types that are performing well, as well as those that may need attention.
"The redesigned Dashboard is a game changer for our customers. We have ensured their time spent on call preparation is optimized and as efficient as possible," said Jon Pastor, Rainmaker’s Chief Technology Officer. "Previously, preparing for a day of pricing calls required pulling a vast number of individual reports for each property, which could take several hours. LRO users will now save a significant amount of time while also improving the quality of data they have access to. It is yet another example of Rainmaker's never-ending effort to innovate and make our clients' jobs easier and more productive."
LRO users are now able to see all of a selected property's unit types at once in the Dashboard, while embedded links connect them directly to other key reports like Competitor Age, Lease Compliance and New Pricing. Custom input controls in the Dashboard offer the ability to show and hide metrics as needed, and customers can now view traffic and lease conversion statistics for the past 7, 14 and 30 days.
"One of our missions has always been to give asset managers, owners and property management companies a detailed view of leading and lagging revenue-orientated data for their entire portfolios," said Pastor. "With these innovative upgrades to LRO, we are meeting that mission more successfully than ever."
This major enhancement is released in time for this year’s National Apartment Association Education Conference, where a panel of industry leaders will examine the varying revenue management strategies in play during changing market conditions. The portfolio-wide visibility that the new dashboard provides helps users to further pinpoint revenue management strategies for individual properties and sub-markets. The execution of these strategies will be discussed during the panel session “Archetypes of Pricing to Optimize Revenue in Varied Market Conditions,” at the 2017 NAA Education Conference, Thursday, June 22, at 11:15 a.m.
