Rancho Costa Verde Announces New Construction Joint Venture
San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico (PRWEB) October 13, 2017 -- Rancho Costa Verde has partnered with Clavos and Maderas Construction which is one of Northern Baja’s premiere construction companies. This is very exciting news for our owners for a number of reasons. Just to state a few, Clavos and Maderas Construction will be overseeing and managing with RCV the construction of the homes at Rancho Costa Verde. This will allow for client communication throughout the entire building process, providing inspections at every stage, facilitating and accomplishing the permitting process. The many local construction companies that have built the existing beautiful houses at Rancho Costa Verde will still be utilized, however this will allow for uniformity in the building process of the future custom homes. Rancho Costa Verde will be over seeing and monitoring all of this growth and activity as well. This partnership will be of great benefit to our owners who will be building their dream homes in the future.
Another asset of this partnership will be the fact that the builders will be working in tandem with Rancho Costa Verde's solar system providers to ensure that the solar system costs are considered in the owner’s budgets. Aspects such as solar system size, selection of proper energy saving appliances and air conditioners, number of panels and size of invertors will be considered while designing the homes. Hands on oversight such as this is going to make the construction process smooth and efficient.
More and more homes have been built at Rancho Costa Verde. There are now twenty six beautiful homes completed and delivered with an additional ten under construction and fifteen more either breaking ground, in the contract stage or in the final architectural committee approval stage. Another important addition to The RCV Team is that of The GAMOLI law firm. They are our Mexican attorneys, and we now have a Rancho Costa Verde office located in Mexicali as well.
Rancho Costa Verde was recently featured nationwide on The HGTV television channel on the show My Lottery Dream Home.
This year Rancho Costa Verde also had a film crew from The CW Network visit us several times and film multiple episodes of their show The Neighborhood SD. These episodes will feature San Felipe and Rancho Costa Verde and be aired on The CW Network in San Diego every Sunday at noon throughout the next six months, with plans for the network to air the show in the Los Angeles area in the New Year. Rancho Costa Verde has a brand new website, http://www.ranchocostaverde.com, a new Instagram account and are in the process of editing and finalizing a brand new television commercial, that will air all over California.
With the continuing work and expansion at The Clubhouse, The Casita construction and the completion of the poolside restrooms and showers, the clubhouse is looking great, and only getting better.
Rancho Costa Verde has been contributing to, and sponsoring many of the local charities and events in San Felipe. Two in particular are the first annual San Felipe Green Festival and The Sonshine Hacienda Children’s Center. Rancho Costa Verde recently hosted the 2nd annual Swim Day for Sonshine Hacienda Children's Center run by Pastor Gary in San Felipe, Baja California. There was BBQ'ing, swimming, games and activities as well as gifts and prizes to the children along with other donations.
The second major contribution to the community is The First Annual Baja Green Festival. This amazing event will be the first of its kind in San Felipe. The latest in Solar Technology, Green Building Construction, Energy, Conservation/efficiency, workshops and bazaars on agriculture, gardening and recycling, activities, cultural events and sports, as well as a pavilion showcasing the culinary and artisanal products of our area. An eco-market area will be there as well, presenting fresh and organic produce such as vegetables, fish, sea food cheese, and more. All products and services are friendly to our environment. The objective is to promote green products and sustainable consumption, as well to educate our audience on the importance of Green/Healthy Living and to raise awareness of the importance of environmental protection. At the same time, the purpose of this Live-Event is to raise funds to contribute to the green areas, streets, recycling programs and other areas of need in the San Felipe Bay and the surrounding areas.
Rancho Costa Verde is also proud to be a sponsor of The D’Andre and Friends Golf Tournament which contributes to The San Felipe Youth Foundation, and be able to contribute to sponsoring the 2017 Ceviche Fest, The Mexican Independence Festival, The San Felipe Carnival as well as supporting local racers in The Baja Off-road Races. Rancho Costa Verde is also excited to sponsor The San Felipe Softball team to help encourage sports and fun in San Felipe, over looking The Sea of Cortez.
