Rare Device Announces Redesigned Website and Branding by Aeolidia
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) July 29, 2013 -- Today, Giselle Gyalzen, the owner of San Francisco art and design gift store Rare Device, is happy to announce the launch of the store’s newly redesigned website and online store at http://www.raredevice.net. With the help of web-design company, Aeolidia, customers can feast their eyes on an intuitive and pleasant online experience. The launch of the new streamlined site also introduces the store’s new branding design, which, as many will agree, matches the modern but whimsical personality and character of Rare Device.
The release of the new site also serves as a step forward; 2013 marks the eighth year since the store’s founding in Brooklyn, New York, the sixth year since its establishment in San Francisco, as well as the first year after moving to the store’s current location on Divisadero and Hayes. Since 2005, Rare Device has changed locations and has changed hands, from those of store founder, Rena Tom, and artist, Lisa Congdon, to current owners, Giselle and Phurba Gyalzen. In a way, this makeover of the store’s identity is a subtle yet meaningful addition to the store’s journey.
To celebrate the launch of the new site and branding design, online customers will be able to enjoy free Priority shipping within the US for orders over $50. For Rare Device’s local customers and friends, the store will be holding a launch party on August 15th from 6pm-10pm to coincide with the Divisadero Art Walk. Get a tote bag screen printed on-site, featuring Rare Device's colorful new logo and a coupon for 10% off your next Rare Device online purchase. Refreshments will be served and a raffle will be held giving away free Rare Device merchandise.
Rare Device is located at 600 Divisadero Street in San Francisco. For more information, please call the store at 415.863.3969, check out the website at http://www.raredevice.net, or e-mail info(at)raredevice(dot)net.
