According to Prian, several reports point to 2014 having 5.5% to 6.0% interest rates by year end and possibly another 5% to 6% increase in property value.
“All in all, I think the coming year will be good for buyers and sellers with interest rates still low and values increasing,” said Prian. Prian is also the 2014 vice president and Multiple Listing chair of the Scenic Coast Association of Realtors (S.C.A.R.).
