RE/MAX Realtor Dina James Supports Disabled Veterans
Longmont, CO (PRWEB) July 27, 2016 -- RE/MAX Realtor Dina James is proud to announce she recently teamed up with David Proctor, owner of Guardian Service Dogs. This Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business specializes in providing service-dog training and certification to disabled veterans.
“I’m also sponsoring the Summer Concerts in the Park series in Mead, CO, and the next scheduled date is August 4,” said Dina. “David and his dogs are going to attend at least one of these events where attendees can learn more about this fantastic program that trains service animals to do necessary tasks for disabled handlers in order to improve their quality of daily life.”
To further honor U.S. military personnel, James also recently became a Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS). The CMRS program provides a platform whereby real estate professionals can be trained and equipped to handle with excellence the home-purchase needs of active duty and former military clients.
“Veterans are frequent targets of illegitimate schemes since they are often deployed and unable to oversee the home-buying process,” said Dina. “Through the CMRS program, I learned how to help vets get into homes, how to connect them with the right lender and what some of their other challenges are as home buyers. This is also my way of honoring the men and women of the United States military for their service to our country.”
