RE/MAX Traditions Agent Dina James Celebrates 3 Years in Weld County
Longmont, CO (PRWEB) August 26, 2015 -- Dina James, Weld County’s RE/MAX Traditions agent, celebrates three years representing both buyers and sellers in various parts of Weld County, where she is also a current board member and past president of the local Chamber of Commerce. When asked about her dream job, Dina responded, “I’m already doing it!”
Dina has lived in Colorado since she was three years old, graduating from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences. Dina’s mentor is her mother, Alice, whose thirty-five year career in real estate inspired Dina. Growing up, Dina was a frequent aide to her mother’s business activities and obtained her own license in 2012. Dina and her mother still collaborate often, using their complementary skill sets to the advantage of their clients.
In addition to serving the community’s real estate needs, Dina serves on the board of the Mead Chamber of Commerce. Through the Chamber, Dina promotes local businesses and raises funds to support the local school district. As a local business person and the mother of two children, who matriculated through the local schools, Dina brings a personal breadth of knowledge and experience to the Chamber.
The community receives Dina’s monthly newsletter, Mead Beet, in which she writes and hand delivers to over 900 homes in the area. “I write about community events and what is going on in real estate in our area. It is good to keep everyone up-to-date on the happenings in our community. I even have a trivia question each month, in which I get many enthusiastic participants,” said Dina.
In addition, this September, Dina, a past recipient, will present the Rookie of the Year Award at the Longmont Association of Realtors. As Dina says, “To me, real estate isn’t just about a transaction, it’s about being that strong advocate who can negotiate what’s best for my client when helping them match their wishes and desires with a property they will be happy to live in for many years to come.”
