Longmont, CO (PRWEB) September 22, 2015 -- Per a 9to5google.com article, Boulder’s City Council approved the new campus, which will comprise of three four-story buildings and an underground parking lot. The campus is expected to someday hold upwards of 1,500 employees, so it’s no doubt going to lead to an influx of individuals to the area, all looking for places to live.
“I want to get the word out to those homeowners that are perhaps planning on moving in the future, but aren’t ready now,” said Schlutz-Barbour. “This timing may work out in their favor, with many looking for homes. I am here to help with this process, whether to help make the transition smooth for families relocating to the Boulder area or those looking to sell.” The first two buildings, each about 100,000 square feet, with planned room for a total of 1,000 workers are slated to open in January 2017.
The new Google campus spreads between 30th and Pearl Streets southwest of where the streets meet, near the Twenty Ninth Street mall and other shopping, a future transit hub, and a city bike path, according to the aforementioned Denver Business Journal article.
