ReactorNet to Showcase New Total Invoice Automation and Payment Capabilities at HITEC 2015
San Antonio, Texas (PRWEB) June 11, 2015 -- ReactorNet, a premier provider of Cloud-based eProcurement solutions for medium- to large-sized companies, today announced they will be exhibiting at HITEC, the world’s largest hospitality technology show, to be held June 15 to 18 at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas. This is ReactorNet’s third consecutive year exhibiting at HITEC. Following a busy start to 2015, ReactorNet will use this opportunity to unveil their latest EPRO features which are heavily focused in the area of accounts payable automation. EPRO is an award-winning Procure-to-Pay platform allowing buyers to directly collaborate with suppliers to gain control of spending while maximizing purchasing power.
“HITEC is always an exciting time of the year for us,” said Anthony Kylitis, vice president of Marketing at ReactorNet. “This year more than ever we look forward to attending HITEC and spreading our message that you can go further and do more with eprocurement without settling for the status quo. With EPRO, that’s possible. This year we are showing customers new strategies for accounts payable ranging from scan and capture all the way through payment solutions.”
Since the beginning of the year, ReactorNet has been forging new partnerships to help create a more complete and integrated solution for the procure-to-pay process managed by EPRO. ReactorNet recently announced a partnership with XT Global, a leading provider of technology services and business process optimization, which has given EPRO new scan and capture capabilities by handling paper invoices which still persist in many organizations. “Many organizations who have implemented eprocurement are still dealing with paper invoices,” added Mr. Kylitis. “This is due to the fact that many industries are still made up of suppliers that do not have the resources to go completely electronic with their customers. This new enhancement, particularly our ability to capture line item detail, represents our pragmatic problem solving approach. It completely removes any data entry or quality assurance steps by the customer which almost seems unbelievable.”
Through yet another partnership, which will be formally announced in the coming weeks, EPRO has also gained the ability to make payments directly from EPRO using a single use virtual credit card as well as ACH, wire, and physical check printing methods. This new electronic payment feature allows companies to not only continue to lower their accounting cost but potentially create a new source of revenue with cash back rewards made available through the credit card option. “Many organizations are completely unaware of the additional costs associated with physical check printing,” added Mr. Kylitis. “Converting to electronic payment with literally the click of a button in EPRO just makes too much sense to pass up on.”
ReactorNet is also excited for HITEC’s return back to the Austin area. “In addition to talking about EPRO, we also look forward to just giving everyone a nice warm Texas welcome,” added Nathan Waltrip, director of Business Development for ReactorNet. “As a company from Central Texas ourselves, it’s always a treat to meet with people in our own backyard and show them our own hospitality.”
