Reading Eggs Launches Nationwide Fundraiser With the National Children’s Cancer Society
St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) October 29, 2013 -- Reading Eggs, the online reading program for children aged 3-13, has partnered with The National Children’s Cancer Society (NCCS) to raise funds for families battling childhood cancer.
Through November 5, 2013, Reading Eggs will be donating $1 to NCCS for every free trial sign up to their online reading program. Donations will be made up to a maximum of $25,000.
Children who sign up for the free trial of Reading Eggs will be given four weeks access to all 120 lessons and many other great features of the online program.
The NCCS serves as a financial, emotional, and educational resource for families battling childhood cancer. Since their inception, NCCS has provided more than $57 million in direct financial assistance to more than 33,000 children nationwide.
Reading Eggs and the NCCS will also be organizing a fundraising competition in early 2014 where children will raise money by reading books and completing lessons in the Reading Eggs online reading program.
