Brown has over 25 years of comprehensive lending experience, extensively in Small Business Administration (SBA) lending. Prior to joining ReadyCap Lending, LLC, Brown served as Vice President for Texas First Bank, focused on SBA commercial real estate financing. She has broad experience and knowledge in financial products and lending, having worked in business development and management roles for CIT, US Bank, and Bank One in Texas, as a consistent top-producing originator.
Brown currently serves as President of the Houston Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (HAGGL), providing community support to regional SBA lenders. She has lived and worked in the Greater Houston Area for over 30 years.
