About the Hippodrome
Built in 1905, the Hippodrome building, at 1120 Avenue of the Americas, between 43rd and 44th Streets in Manhattan, was acquired by the family-owned Edison Properties in 1978. Since then, Edison has managed the 21-story building’s 500,000-square feet of office space.
