Gary is the economist for the Orange County Association of Realtors. His background makes him the go-to person for forecasting real estate trends. He has been a featured guest speaker on various radio, TV talk shows and was featured in an article in Fortune Magazine. He began his real estate career in 1971 as a consultant to builders, developers, title companies, as well as lending institutions. He presently manages 37 various investor-owned properties.
