Real Estate Professional Mary Sue Tate Moves into New High-Tech Office
(PRWEB) July 16, 2015 -- Broker associate Mary Sue Tate recently celebrated 25 years with RE/MAX. Now, the Diamond Circle award winner is celebrating a new office with a new moniker. Mary Sue’s RE/MAX Masters office will henceforth be known as RE/MAX Masters Millennium.
“Due to rapid changes in the real estate industry, RE/MAX Masters Millennium has moved to a spacious high-tech facility that offers the very latest technology available,” said Mary Sue. “The new office also offers its agents the latest to assist them in being the very best they can be.”
The new office, located at 6020 Greenwood Plaza Blvd., Suite 100 in Greenwood Village, Colorado, is working to become completely paperless and will give agents the ability to sign all documents with a variety of advanced devices. It will also further enable them to keep pace with the real estate market in Denver, which in 2015 is one of the top cities for price increase, whose median sales price is up 15.8 percent. In May 2015, Denver was also ranked No. 1 in the nation’s 20 hottest real estate markets for buyers and sellers, according to realtor.com. Mary Sue is one of the top agents in the office and will continue to bring the highest level of dedication to her clients at the new location.
