Real Estate Veterans Travis Pacoe and Ron Abta join Paragon Real Estate Group

Abta and Pacoe have ranked in the top 10 of the approximately 4,000 San Francisco residential agents in terms of sales from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they were ranked by the Wall Street Journal as the top 125 real estate agents, out of nearly 400,000 real estate agents nationwide with more than 600 million closed transactions. Abta and Pacoe have more than 33 years of sales, financing and investment experience in the real estate industry collectively.
Pacoe has been an active residential and commercial real estate agent for more than 20 years. His sales totals are in excess of $500 million, including in excess of $225 million from 2010 to mid-2013, in partnership with Abta. Pacoe holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in business administration with a dual emphasis in real estate and urban land economics and finance from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Consistently in the top 1 percent of in agents in San Francisco during the past several years, Abta has completed in excess of $400 million in transactions, representing 300 completed deals for both buyers and sellers.
Abta comes from a real estate family, his mother working as a developer and his father working as a mortgage broker. He has been involved in real estate almost his entire life and is constantly upgrading or remodeling residences, either on behalf of clients pre- and post-sale as part of his brokerage activities or on his own behalf, forming partnerships to acquire, reposition and sell properties in San Francisco. Abta holds a degree from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford University.
