(OTCQB: RBIZ) is teaming up with Keller Williams’ new Farm and Ranch division in conjunction with Lands of America as the data supplier to power video creation, virtual tours and mobile solutions for its agents. Farm and Ranch specializes in land for sale over five acres, including farms, ranches, mountain properties, lake houses, river homes, country homes and residential homes in smaller towns across the country.
This solution will allow Keller Williams Farm and Ranch agents to display approximately 400,000 listings and, depending on seasonality, the listing count could move to as high as 800,000. With this additional listing database, RealBiz will be handling the conversion to video and display of roughly 2.5 million listings monthly.
Farm and Ranch introduced the RealBiz’s ezflix video solution to its current agent base at the Keller Williams (KW) annual Family Reunion show this past week in Orlando, and the response to the product was overwhelmingly positive. The ezflix app is being seen as an exceptional new tool for rural agents as it allows for the creation of a video listing that can be immediately shared with potential buyers. Agents have the ability to quickly update their listings with new and revised information as well as interesting content that can then be sent to potential individual buyers and distributed to larger audiences through social media networks and chosen websites - all directly from their mobile device.
When presented with the platform’s capability at Keller Williams’ Family Reunion, agents immediately began to devise other ways the solution’s mobile aspect could be used:
- Create a listing presentation for the prospective listing client as a sales tool by using the My Video portion before meeting with the seller
- Implement the cloud-based aspect of the solution to send images to the support staff to get the MLS registration process started remotely
- Create short video clips during open houses and send those videos via their mobile phone to gauge the interest of potential buyers
The Farm and Ranch division sees the ezflix platform as a great tool for its members to set themselves apart from the competition and as a solid part of its selling proposition to current KW agents as a member benefit.
