The panel of independent judges who voted on the communities submitted for consideration included:

- Bridgewood HOA received the Community Association of the Year Award of Merit – Very Large Category
- Steubing Ranch HOA received the Community Association of the Year Award of Merit – Very Large Category
- Fossil Springs Ranch HOA received the award of Community Association of the Year – Grand Award – Large Category
- Greenshire HOA received the Community Association of the Year Award of Merit - Large Category
- Laurel Canyon Ranch received the award of Community Association of the Year – Grand Award - Medium Category
- Regency Park received the award of Community Association of the Year – Grand Award – Small Category
