Realogics Sotheby's International Realty Recognized Among the Largest and Fastest Growing Residential Real Estate Firms in Puget Sound Region
Seattle, Washington (PRWEB) April 30, 2015 -- The Puget Sound Business Journal recognized Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) as the sixth “Largest Residential Real Estate Firm” in Puget Sound (ranked on residential sales volume for 2014) as part of their Book of Lists for 2015. RSIR was previously ranked in the tenth position the year prior and has made the “list” for the “Fastest Growing Private Companies” in Washington State for 2012, 2013 and 2014.
“We are honored to join our peers amongst the most influential brokerage firms in the region – it’s especially exciting considering it’s only been five years since we commenced operations in Seattle,” said Stacy Jones, Vice President and co-owner of RSIR. “We are proud of our many fine brokers and their accomplishments. This is really their acknowledgement in many ways.”
In review of 2014 sales performance according to Trendgraphix research, RSIR has consistently maintained the highest average selling and listing prices amongst the top ten largest brokerage firms. Representing the highest production on a per broker basis, the firm is also acknowledged as selling the most expensive non-waterfront home in King County in a decade and the most expensive home in Snohomish County in 2014. RSIR is currently representing the most expensive active residential listing in Washington – the $43 million Misty Isle Farms on Vashon Island.
“We are certainly attracting extraordinary property listings and extraordinary brokers,” adds Jones. “However we are equally pleased to represent all property types and price points provided we can present these homes in an extraordinary way.”
Jones says her philosophy with brokers is in part to mentor them and to partner as a venture capitalist in growing their business. Her goal is to make a meaningful difference in a broker’s productivity and to optimally represent the best interest of their clients – one sale at a time. Another differentiator is RSIR’s international sales with affiliate offices opening overseas and the recent establishment of their Asia Desk.
“Our growth in the region has been very organic,” says Jones. “Word is spreading amongst brokers as we are becoming recognized for expanding their market share locally and creating new opportunities with overseas buyers and feeder market referrals. We have distinguished ourselves from the pack by being innovative and creating a new win-win brokerage model within the industry.”
