Realtor Carol Hertel Helps Fundraise for Multiple Sclerosis
Highlands Ranch, CO (PRWEB) July 20, 2015 -- Team PHAT formed a team for Bike MS, with a mission of advocating for change and helping people with MS. “Team PHAT has been doing this for many years, but this was my first year and I am so thrilled to have been a part of such a worthy cause,” said Hertel, a real estate agent with RE/Max Professionals. “I completed a combined 175 miles in the race over two days. Our team raised over forty thousand dollars for MS, and still going strong, as our fundraising page is still taking donations.”
Multiple sclerosis is an unpredictable, often disabling, disease of the central nervous system that interrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body. Millions of people are affected by MS and the challenges of living with its unpredictable symptoms, which range from numbness and tingling to blindness and paralysis.
