Realtor Mike Litton Releases 2 Books on Home-Selling Strategies
Escondido, CA (PRWEB) August 23, 2016 -- Mike Litton, realtor/owner/broker of Keller Williams Realty North County, pens two informative, industry-specific books that spell out home-selling secrets, such as how to get top dollar for a home and how to sell an inherited home. “Homes sell for way less than they should every single day, and it makes me cringe to see how many mistakes people make when selling,” said Litton.
In order to rectify this, Litton authored: “Formula to Sell Any Home, Even Hard to Sell Homes.” In this book, he illustrates the best pricing strategies, “because so many people blame the price for a home not selling,” said Litton. “I have an entire section that breaks down the best pricing strategies so that you can check it against what you have been doing to get your home sold.”
In his second opus, “A Guide to Navigating Your Inherited Home Sale,” Litton guides the reader through the process of making a decision about what to do with an estate after inheriting a home from a loved one who passed away. “I break down what to watch out for, the best strategies, prepping the home and even dealing with uncooperative family members,” said Litton, who also hosts a radio show called “The Mike Litton Show,” where he discusses all the vital information one needs in today’s market and has been heard on ESPN, KFMB, KCBQ and KFSD over the last six years. “This is my opportunity to give back to our community and continue to serve as a consumer advocate.”
Litton also recently helped complete another home for a severely wounded veteran, Toran Gaal, with Homes for Our Troops. The mission of Homes for Our Troops is to build mortgage-free, specially adapted homes nationwide for severely injured veterans post-9/11 to enable them to rebuild their lives.
