Until March 31st, 2015, buyers of newly constructed homes will also have an option to acquire $5,000 in free upgrades. If a buyer purchases a move-in-ready home, they can collect $2,500 toward closing costs instead. This promotional incentive is not stackable with other promotions, and is subject to change at anytime.
