Red Book Connect Announces New Board Appointment, Kevin Costello
Austin, TX (PRWEB) January 12, 2015 -- Red Book Connect today announces that Kevin Costello, former President of Ariba, will join its Board of Directors.
Costello served as president of Ariba, a cloud-based software and consulting services company that helps companies to buy, sell and manage their cash more efficiently, for twelve years. During his tenure, he provided visionary leadership and guidance that helped catapult the company to a leading position as a global cloud computing and commerce management solutions provider.
When SAP acquired Ariba in 2012, Costello continued to serve as president and turned his focus to directing all of Ariba's integrated global commercial units including sales, marketing, professional services, channels and The Ariba Network. Prior to his leadership at Ariba and SAP, Costello held a number of senior management roles at Anderson Business Consulting. Collectively, Costello’s SaaS leadership spans 25 years and he is regarded as the market leader in the SaaS space.
Costello also currently sits on the Board of Directors of FinancialForce.com, Rackspace Hosting and Vantiv Inc, and previously sat on the Board at Cbeyond.
