Redefining the Future of Hearing Healthcare: Leading Hearing Aid Manufacturer and EarQ Join Forces
Syracuse, NY (PRWEB) April 11, 2017 -- From March 26-28, EarQ members from across the country gathered in Syracuse, New York, for an exclusive VIP training experience co-hosted by Oticon, a leading hearing aid manufacturer and EarQ’s longest-standing technology partner.
As a nationwide network of over 1,400 provider locations, EarQ is a primary resource for practice owners who want their businesses to succeed while remaining independent. This is becoming increasingly important as the hearing care industry is currently undergoing a lot of change, and many of these changes pose challenges to independently owned practices. However, EarQ is determined and armed with new solutions to help members stay ahead.
“We get to decide what role to play in this time of change,” says Ed Keller, President of EarQ. “Practice owners need to turn their fears into gateways and take the opportunity to make themselves known in their communities.”
The VIP event was designed to help practice owners learn how to position the value of their services, innovate their strategies, and communicate their purpose. This three-day event began with a Welcome Ceremony and tour of EarQ’s headquarters.
The next few days were dedicated to learning more about how practice owners can utilize EarQ’s programs to differentiate their practices and connect with more patients. It also marked the first time EarQ publicly shared its new online portal for members, MyEarQ. This business resource center helps practice owners become better business owners by providing access to data in real-time, business goals, marketing tools, patient leads, and more. Members also learned more about the Opn™, an Oticon hearing aid that has been making waves in the industry since it was first introduced last year.
EarQ and Oticon will be holding another VIP event for hearing healthcare professionals in May. For more information, please call 866-432-7500.
