Boulder, Colorado (PRWEB) July 28, 2014 -- After a lengthy application and review process, Boulder-based RefactorU has obtained approval by the Colorado Division of Private Occupational Schools (DPOS). The DPOS is a Colorado state regulatory agency whose mission is to provide standards for and to foster and improve private occupational schools and their educational services, as well as to protect the public from substandard schools.
The approval process involved review of RefactorU’s teaching staff, curriculum, facilities, as well as numerous other factors, and culminated with a hearing before the DPOS Board of Directors.
"RefactorU is proud to be the first web development bootcamp of its kind in Colorado to obtain the approval of DPOS. The approval is another demonstration of RefactorU’s dedication to providing top-quality instruction to its students," said Ann O'Connell, Counsel for RefactorU. The approval also assures applicants to the school that they are applying to attend a regulated and established school that they can depend on to provide educational excellence.
