WASHINGTON (PRWEB) November 16, 2017 -- Regent Solutions, LLC recently announced they have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire MoboAdvisor, LLC in an all-cash transaction. Dustin Laun, CEO of MoboAdvisor LLC, will join the Regent team as a Managing Partner, reporting to Byron Caswell, President and CEO of Regent Solutions, LLC. The transaction is expected to close at the end of the 2017 calendar year.
