Risk Management Strategies and Tactics will provide an overview of project risk management techniques that can be used to manage risk in projects. Specific emphasis will be placed on having a proactive mindset and communication of risks for effective project management.

• Write effective risk statements
• Perform qualitative risk analysis for project risks
• Communicate Risks to project stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction
