Reinhart Acquires Southern Foods, Inc.
Rosemont, IL (PRWEB) July 31, 2013 -- Reinhart Foodservice, L.L.C. (Reinhart) announced today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Southern Foods, Inc., a family-owned broadline distributor serving nearly 1,200 accounts in the Kentucky area, as well as parts of Tennessee and Indiana. The transaction closed on July 29, 2013.
